As we open a new series called it's complicated we take a look at the goodness and mercy of God. Ultimately when people say a relationship is "complicated" someone is more committed to the relationship than the other. In our relationship with God, God is totally committed and we are the ones that are shaky, David pens this psalm because he recognized this as well.
