In this message, we are studying Revelation 13:11-18 and are introduced to the third person of Satan’s unholy trinity – the second beast that comes from the earth. We look at this beast's role and what the "Mark of the Beast" and "666" mean. We end with two truths we must take to heart in light of this passage.

In Revelation 21:9-22:5, we encounter the Holy City of God: the new Jerusalem. John’s vision describes the new heavens and the new earth, and we want to be able to gaze upon this city and not lose sight of the majesty of it because we are overly obsessed with interpreting its many individual parts. John is being descriptive to help us enlarge our longing and our love for the new heavens and the new earth, and to live now in light of eternity.
