After preaching at The Potter’s House with Bishop TD Jakes the previous month, Pastor Rodriguez felt led by the Holy Spirit to plant a Christ – centered, bible – based, Spirit empowered, multi-ethnic, trans – generational congregation in the capitol city of America’s largest state, Sacramento, California.
