The world had to wait 4,000 years for the birth of Christ and the hope He brought. God did not work through our timeframe but His. I'm sure the generations of waiting made the children of Israel feel like they were forgotten. As Christians, we must trust God even when His answer is wait.

The first person to doubt the virgin birth was Mary herself. A lot of times our natural response to faith opportunities God places in our lives is CONFUSION, FEAR and DOUBT. As Christians we must remember that God often interrupts what WE ARE DOING so we can join in what HE IS DOING.
