He Wants Us To Justify Ourselves Sermon Text: Revelation 12:7-12 Additional Scripture References: Luke 10:17-20; Revelation 20:12, 15; Revelation 13:8; Ephesians 1:3-10; Mark 9:24; Romans 5:5 Study Questions: 1. What things stuck out to you from this text? Is there anything in this text that challenges you? 2. In what ways do you find yourself trying to justify yourself? 3. Do you know and understand the love of the Father? Why or why not? You may want to spend some time asking the Holy Spirit to pour the love of the Father into your heart. 4. Do you worship Jesus when you sin? Why or why not? Do you feel like wallowing in your sin and shame somehow achieves more forgiveness for you? Spend time confessing sin and then worshipping Jesus for covering those sins with His blood.
