Angus asks us if we are going through a difficult time? Sometimes Jesus feels closer to us during the hard times. Its through affliction that we draw closer to Jesus. He is our Great Comforter, He will never leave us or forsake us.

Matthew 5:4
"Blessed are those who mourn,
for they will be comforted."

Psalm 34:19
"Many are the afflictions of the righteous,
But the Lord delivers him out of them all."

Wisdom

Jeremiah 9:23–24, Matthew 6:33, Zechariah 4:6

Jeremiah 9:23-24. If God has blessed us with a good IQ, wealth or strength, we must not glory in it, but know that it is by God's grace and blessing alone. The only thing we can glory in is that we understand and know the Lord. Matthew 6:33. Zachariah 4:6. All Glory be to God.

Time is up

Jeremiah 8:20

Jeremiah 8:20. If you have not given your life to Jesus Christ, please do it. A farmer understands about seasons, you cannot be too slow to harvest a crop when it is ready to be harvested. If you have drifted from the Lord, then you need to repent, because Jesus is coming back soon.

Remember His favour

1 Samuel 7:12, Luke 9:62

Samuel 7:12. Luke 9:62. It is good to remember the things we have been through and that the Lord has been with us all the way through the past. It encourages us as we think about how far we have come because of God's hand on us. He will also be with us right through to the end.
