Be encouraged today as Angus speaks to us about being fishers of men.

Mark 1:16-20
"And as He walked by the Sea of Galilee, He saw Simon and Andrew his brother casting a net into the sea; for they were fishermen. Then Jesus said to them, “Follow Me, and I will make you become fishers of men.” They immediately left their nets and followed Him.
When He had gone a little farther from there, He saw James the son of Zebedee, and John his brother, who also were in the boat mending their nets. And immediately He called them, and they left their father Zebedee in the boat with the hired servants, and went after Him."

The miracle

Matthew 28:6

The greatest miracle that ever happened was when Jesus Christ came out of the grave after three days, when He rose as He said He would. Matthew 28:6. His tomb was empty. It is miraculous. Maybe today, you need a miracle in your life.

Comfort His people

Isaiah 40:1

Isaiah 40:1. Jesus wants us to comfort those who are hurting. To comfort people we can't just quote scriptures to them and preach to them, we need to give them time, spend time with them because their hearts are broken. They are morning a lost one. Love them and weep with them.

Forgive

If Jesus Christ Who died on the cross for us says that we must forgive, then surely we must forgive others. We must not have anything in our hearts that will block our relationship with God. We need to exercise grace, undeserved favour, as God has done with us.
