Time to Get Moving

Pastor Jeff Manion continues our Rebuild series by examining Nehemiah's grief over Jerusalem's destruction and his courageous request to rebuild its walls. Through this message we see how Nehemiah moved from sadness to hopeful action by overcoming fear, anticipating God's provision, and preparing for opposition. Nehemiah's story challenges us to envision and work toward a restored future, even amidst despair. By turning to God in prayer and trusting Him through hardship, we too can be part of rebuilding what is broken.
The Qualities of Rebuilding

He examines how the people faced discouragement, exhaustion, and threats yet still continued rebuilding the wall. We learn that beginning the work is crucial but continuing through challenges is vital to see God's purposes fulfilled. This message inspires us to identify areas of weakness and vulnerability so we can rely on God's strength to persevere as we keep building for His glory.

Pastor Jeff Manion concludes our Rebuild series by focusing on maintaining focus amidst distractions and threats that seek to derail us at the end of a rebuild project. He examines how Nehemiah faced internal division and external attacks as the wall neared completion. We learn that finishing well requires resolving conflicts, radical generosity, pushing through betrayal, and refusing distraction. This message challenges us to persevere in the rebuilds God calls us to, staying focused on His purposes despite obstacles that arise along the way.
